Does Adcenter restrict new account

Hi all, yesterday i created my first PPC campaign at Adcenter with a coupon from hostgator, and of course i also added Paypal as payment method.

But my ads do not show, zero impression.
All my campaign, ad and billing info are active and no hold.... but my account doesn't work
i bid as high as they recommended. even i tried to create an ad which link to unpopular website at blogspot with unpopular keywords

And why my account balance is 0.00, the coupon code was redeemed successfully.

i think there are some restrictions applied to new account especially for accounts created with coupon credit code. is that true ? If so, how long i must wait to get my ads run ?

And one more question: does Adcenter accept promoting same domain (but different URLs) across multiple accounts. For example, i promote page url1.html with a coupon code in one day then stop and delete campaign, then next week i promote page url2.html with another adcenter account. Does MS adcenter let me do that ?

If someone have experienced above issues, pls give me an answer

to day i'm unable to login. tried to reset password. but new password also dont work.
i think i got ban from adcenter.

2 days since i join adcenter. first, ads dont run, and now i cant login.
support contacted but they are useless

Use the chat function (on the side of the screen) and ask them if your account is flagged.

It sounds to me like you tried to create an account using fake information and got caught.

They are going to make you verify a bunch of the info to prove it's real which you won't be able to do since you faked it.
