Does a shortcut keypad thingamajigger exist?

Notice I called it a "thingamajigger"? As in I didn't know what verbiage to Google in the first place?
Every time I ask a question I get this response somewhere.
If I found it on Google, I wouldn't be asking here.
Let's relax with the "try Google, don't bother me" schtick.

Thanks for the links. I use them enough that the two button shortcuts slow me down measurably.

Combine that with the keyboard and you'll have so many keys you could pretty much keybind enough words to write a book with.
