Does a shortcut keypad thingamajigger exist?

Is there such a thing as a small keypad which I could hook up to my PC and program it to do some 1 button basic functions?
Like a number pad sized keypad and I could set it to "copy" every time I press a button, "cut" every time I press another etc...

Notice I called it a "thingamajigger"? As in I didn't know what verbiage to Google in the first place?
Every time I ask a question I get this response somewhere.
If I found it on Google, I wouldn't be asking here.

Thanks for the links. I use them enough that the two button shortcuts slow me down measurably.
