Docstoc no more firiends with Google?

Hi All,

Well as you maybe already knew, google indexed docstoc articles within a few hours and mostly within half an hour.

Somehow it wont index my articles that quick anymore.

Did of of you noticed this?

Yeah. K, thanks for the feedback. Sure hope they will index anyway though. I pinged them all but i didnt see them coming up...

Same Issue here with docstoc. Damn it. Use to be so quick

The problem is, once a good method makes it into the
public domain, it gets abused. Normally, you have to
strike hard and fast to benefit, as it will be less effective
over time.

What I'd noticed with Docstoc was that the articles were getting indexed quickly, but were slipping down the rankings quite quickly.

Haven't posted an article for a week or so, due to Easter, but I'll be watching closely as I always used this method to get a quick burst of traffic to my sites.

I noticed this too, but I also noticed that if you are patient and consistently build links, they will rank after a week or so. You can also build a linkwheel or mini network to boost your rankings and speed up the process. Yahoo seems to like Docstoc more than Google right now, and for some of my sites, Yahoo sends a considerable amount of traffic.
