If I want to add links for diversity from multiple doc/audio websites, do I need to make unique content for every site or can I use the same video/audio?

Or how do you do?

Let me rephrase: Is it fine if I make just one video and share it on dailymotion and youtube? Or do I have to make a new video for every single platform?

I use 1 video/audio file across multiple platforms.
I do mine specifically as part of my syndication of content, so if you're doing it purely for backlinks, I would do different videos.
