Do you use your nickname for everything, or you have multiple nicknames?

Hello, I have a weird question here today :

do you use your nickname for everything on the internet? for example : your main mail address is something the same as your nickname like Abc123.

Now, do you use this main email just for stuff like paypal, facebook, a few personal forums etc or for everything?

I ask this because i think if someone googles your nickname they can discover a lot of stuff about you, would you rather use your main "identity" for everything or not?

Its a weird question but im wondering if i should have myself a main nickname ( if i dont do anything bad like scamming people etc obviously ) or anyways if lets say

i pickup a projet from making money, which doesnt require me to spam accounts etc, just lets say register to 1 website, would then i there make a fake email anyway?

i would like to see your point of views about nicknames on the internet, after all they are important!
