Like I said in the post above, you can't just post your Reddit post anywhere.

You have to place it in the right subreddit with the right promotional text and with the right product.

I use ahref content explorer. It's a great tool.
At the same I use BuzzSumo.

At the same time, you can get ideas from Competitor assets.

Honestly, I use Reddit all the time. Especially for writing interesting fact posts. Just go to the todayilearned subreddit, filter by your keyword and then choose all time in date range and sort by popular or most liked. Most of the time you can find great comments as well, giving you plenty of material to research or even just regurgitate.
