If you are going to take content idea from reddit, there is a high chance it will attract visitors similar to reddit. I mean visitor with similar interest and mindset which basically mean useless traffic.

If targeted to the right subreddit to the right audience with the right text, you can easily get $100~ in sales PER post. It all boils down to how much you research and how well you can craft your posts to be able to match the Reddit user's mind.

Please post pics with traffic source as reddit and all sales. What makes you say that?
I had one post make me $300 in sales. It's not too hard once you find the right type of audience to target. For my site, I targeted "fans" of a certain niche and was doing the free+shipping method. Got a little over 25 sales and a bit of upselling. Also managed to grab a ton of email address from a "spin to win" popup.
So yes, I HAVE tested Reddit and I use it as one of my main sources of traffic for my ecommerce site.
