Nope, but when I worked on some NGO project they made us use Trello and it really worked well for coordinating a group of people. It depends on how many people work on stuff and if you have other ways to manage (idk, if you outsource to whitelabel agency for example, then they're going to have their ticket system, you will be using that, not Asana/Trello)
