I dont use one but interested what the community uses, Been thinking about using one for awhile

Nope, but when I worked on some NGO project they made us use Trello and it really worked well for coordinating a group of people. It depends on how many people work on stuff and if you have other ways to manage (idk, if you outsource to whitelabel agency for example, then they're going to have their ticket system, you will be using that, not Asana/Trello)

I used to but I haven't found one I liked, they all over-complicate the process.
I want something with a simple UI - that lets me do a main project with subtasks that can be checked off separately.
Closest thing I found is Google Keep, which is easy enough and syncs to the cloud.
