The difference between foreigner and alien is that foreigner is a person from a foreign country while alien is a person, animal, plant, or other thing which is from outside the family, group, organization, or territory under consideration.

So we have all seen the UFO/UAP videos that the Navy unwittingly released, and the report that the Pentagon gave the to the public. They said they released two reports. One was an unclassified report given to the the public, and another classified one was released to Congress.
"Of the 144 reports that we are dealing with here, we have no clear indications that there's any non-terrestrial explanation for them," a senior government official said.
So, they are just trying to say that they didn't see any extra-terrestrial sitting in the cockpit of the UFO so that is their evidence it isn't from outer-space? Notice there is also no clear indication that it isn't from outer-space either.
I believe there is a 3rd report that neither the public or Congress has been given, as they believe the information is on a need to know basis only. I would sure like to read that third report!
There is a lot of evidence if you know where to look for it. It's looking more like there are underwater bases with USO (Unidentified Submerged Objects) that travel at 200 knots or more in the oceans. It's also possible they have been here for not just for decades but for thousands of years. They don't interact much with us, probably due to something like a Star-Trek prime directive that prevents them from interfering with other intelligent lifeforms.
The good news is that now we have seen these craft with our own eyes and we can see they have some kind of possible anti-gravity propulsion, we know if they can do it, then we can too! Rockets will become a thing of the past once we figure it all out. If the governments of the world had been freely sharing this information with us all along instead of suppressing it for whatever reasons, then we would already have this technology. What a waste of time the governments have caused us with their nonsense. If the aliens meant us harm, we wouldn't be here anymore because they would have been able to get rid of us a long long time ago with their high technology. There is also some evidence that they have helped to save the earth from harm in the past, and that they monitor our nukes so they could help to prevent a nuke war. The reason we don't get good pictures and video a lot of times is because their technology interferes with ours. Our cameras, cellphones, video camcorders, lights, radios, etc. all react badly to the electromagnetic interference their UAP craft cause. I invite you to do your own research into the phenomena. I have been researching it for decades now. The Pentagon's report is at least some confirmation that what we have been trying to tell the government for decades is true, and it's more than high time they all came clean about their real understanding of the matter.
