Humans haven't sorted their shit out yet to be looking outside the planet for signs of life.
 
Hmm there maybe.
Because universe is so big. We can't imagine how big it is because we are unable to find end points of the universe.
There maybe life in other planet who knows but as we don't know they will be too.
 
Maybe, There could be living creature like us on other planet.

If you are talking about outside this planet then YES but they are not what you think.. They are microbes and insects.. If you are asking about what you see in movies well we have not caught one yet! If you are talking about UFO's who knows they are too small to have intelligent things in them flying them so think DRONES.. The rest is the fictitious imagination of Hollywood Movie Industry or people on Psychedelic Drugs.. Take you pick.
