Do you think PayPal would refund this...

I honestly am asking hypothetically, because I see so many threads about PayPal refunds and charge backs are a b*tch for ppl--especially sellers in the IM world.

I had bought tickets totaling $400 to Universal Studios back in October, do you think PayPal would allow a charge back/refund? I don't request refunds too often from PayPal, and I use pp a lot. This would be the largest purchase from my acct. I always wonder how successful ppl are at refunding from large brand companies like this.

I doubt they will refund you anything. Those purchases most likely clearly have "No refunds" in the terms.

Every dispute/chargeback you file for something you did receive is just plain scam.

I did use the tickets. I always assumed it kinda worked like those vids/methods that people send 'invoices' to big companies and the big companies just pay it without looking at it.

Right I definitely understand, I'm just asking hypothetically. I'm obviously not gonna do it, that's not right morally.

OP is trying to scam universal studios. Straight up fraud why would you think like this after stating that you know its a problem for sellers?

I'm not trying/going to scam Univ Std, but I also don't care what you think. I'm sparking conversations to learn more about the process, so that when I get into selling I'm not burned. But, Because it's a big company: I've heard people say they would rather people do these types of things against larger companies rather than smaller companies/sellers. So you've said your peace, and if you've nothing more to add to this 'Lounge' conversation, please leave.
