Of course, you can. Google doesn't punish AI content right away and adding human touch will be a much better choice.

I am using Chatgpt, its doing the work for me. Its cheap and easy to use. But you can always look for better options, it will cost little more though.

You can test this with 1 domain just for the sake of confirming your hypothesis that AI content works. Testing is the best way forward before doing things like this at scale.

In my opinion at any moment Google could decide to punish AI content and if does that all of your work would be wasted

If you're not doing it, it's almost certain that your competitors will be in some form. There is almost zero bar to entry to access decent generative AI at the moment. If you choose not to use it for full-blown article creation you should still be leveraging it for content ideas. OpenAI's models are industry standard at the moment, but I'd take a look and play around with claude.ai too

AI is the future. However human touch will never be replaced as the google algorithms can detect if the content is written by a robot or a human.

You can use Google bard but all the AI tools generating doesn't active voice content. If you want to generate content through AI then you will have to edit and make it active voice.

It is probably the best way to create mass content until you master your prompting. Use GPT-4, it is great in many different languages as well, if necessary.

You can copy articles from Google and then Paraphrase them using ChatGPT.
You need to play with the prompts to make your output more engaging.
