Do you think I'm on the right track? Cpa Push Ads Method

I have been researching earning systems with Cpa and Push ads for a while.
Yesterday, I took a step on this issue and uploaded a balance of 100 dollars to the advertising company called PropellerAds.
My PropellerAds account has been suspended from suspicious payment. I emailed the company. I hope they will activate my account soon.
My goal is Cpabuild, Cpagriph etc. I aim to earn by advertising with the Push Ads method using Cpa networks such as

In my country, the dollar is a valuable currency. That's why I can't allocate high budgets.

Sorry to say, but I’ll be 100% real. Likely you will waste all your money and not get a single conversion. It’s not that easy as “uploading” money to a network and profiting. I Can tell you are not experienced either, as you are running content locking networks that their offers are rebrokered many times. Try going for a network like Maxbounty or clickdealer. Also, content locking for push is not a good approach at all, much rather promote direct offers. But ultimately you will only know if you try, you need data and tests. Good luck!

I watched videos about it on youtube. On the face of it, making money this way seems simple. However, I can say that I have no experience. Experience cannot be gained without trying a system. I will create campaigns with small budgets. Who knows, maybe I will be successful. Thank you for responding to the topic.
