Do you think billionaires should exist?

If you don't think billionaires shouldn't exist , you're probably not going to do very well as an entrepreneur ( which is most of us ).

The simple reason is because your going to make excuses when something goes wrong , instead of extreme ownership

Where in a game and the self made billionaires are the best at it.

Later, when his "Bing" not was able to find the results - they copied in the real time results from Google.

Can't you see? We as a race are programmed that way by the evolution that we are never satisfied with what we have and always want the next big thing. Even the moon. If you cant recognize that "software" in yourself you will always chase something to make you happy instead of being happy right now.

If you watch carefully why you want to own the Moon you will have to go back in the childhood. Someone told you that you are not good enough even though you were. And you respond in yourself silently "I will show you".

Now you want to show to the World that you are good enough. Not even that, you are the best. You can own the Moon.

Nothing wrong with that, majority of us are like that. The problem is, although everyone of them think that they are the one, only a few will succeed, others will fall miserably. Chasing their dream for decades and never come even close. That's sad. They could spend their time doing something that makes them happy all that time and don't care what other people think.

And those that succeed, they will be Happy. Very happy. For a month. At most. Then they will move on to the next "shinny precious ring" and they will be unhappy until they manage to rich it. Oh, and they will be depressed. They will be very depressed because they spent whole life trying to be on the throne while happiness is everywhere else. Happiness is connection.

That's all I have to say to you citizen Cane. I will go out from this thread.

Billionaires don't have a billion in the bank.

They've created over a billion worth of wealth that they control. So if you say billionaires shouldn't exist, then you severely limit the growth of the world

That's not really spending.

That house will be worth at least $1 billion, so really he's not spent anything, he's created more wealth.

We are not comparing those two situations.

The questions do we need billionaires.

With millions in the bank, you can still buy your medicines.

But, with billion you can buy medicines for millions of people instead of buying the Moon.

A few thousand years from now it will be looked at this time as a time of savages who let their neighbor die while they are buying things they don't need.

You don't understand how money or the economy works.

If someone buys "the moon", where do you think that money will go? Into some bank vault in the form of coins and jewels?

It will go somewhere in the form of credits, which is what currency is, as very little of it is physical. Those credits will be used for businesses. Those businesses hire other businesses, employees and create goods that the world consumes.

If you were to take all the wealth in the world and split it evenly, within 5 years, 10% would control 90%. Within 10 years 1% would control 99% and within 20-25 years 0.001% would control almost everything.

Most people are like mindless dumb sheep. Eating grass all day(Consuming). 99% DO NOT CREATE. They consume. Consumers will never hold wealth. Wealth flows to creators from consumers.

Even stockbrokers who have a reputation as adding nothing, are in fact, closer to the creator line than consumer. They get people investing more into the stockmarket. This creates growth and gets money into play.

It's also not black or white. You aren't a creator or a consumer. The billionaires, for the most part are almost pure creators. It's hard to become a billionaire without creating a LOT of things. Exclude inherited wealth, where the pure creators are long dead. 80% of wealth is new money anyway.

62% of american billionaires are self-made. 18% inherited millions and turned it into billions(creators), and 20% inherited over $1 billion. Of those 20% most will be creators, expanding their wealth rather than consuming.

Most billionaires are not sitting there buying shit while the world starves. It's not that easy to solve world problems. A few billion is nothing in the grand scheme of things. The interstate highway system in the US cost $114 billion. $521 in 2018 money. So, you're a trillionaire. You've got $2 trillion in the bank. You could use 1/4 your fortune to build roads in 1 country. Now go and try to tackle world hunger with a mere $10 billion. Good luck.

Well, some people are dumb because.... because they are dumb. Do you choose your IQ when you come to this world? Do they deserve to suffer because they are dumb, or born in some poor country, or born with some genetic issue?

We have billionaires that are mostly selfish and use their money to earn more money.

Your point is how we are doing better now than if we have actually had billionaires that will invest their money in helping those in need.

They can invest in helping talented people to make their own business if they are concerned to just dump money on buying medicines, toys, food or whatever.

There are so many ways in which they can make more jobs out of it and make many people AND THEMSELVES happy.

Dan Pena says its easy to make more money if you have lower IQ coz they think less which makes them take risk and benefit more, and you said to invest in helping those in need, well its not investing if its not giving you a return or will give a return in the future its charity.
and IQ is like a skill for most people yes some are naturally born with high IQ and some Low iq but for the majority of people its like a skill, you can learn more to increase Your IQ or be lazy and not learn anything and lower your IQ, Learning is a skill, hard work is a skill, memory, ability to understand complex things, all are skills one can improve just like running or lifting weight or magic tricks, it all depends on a person if he want to get that skill or not and almost everything is free on the Internet, its just people are lazy, like i was few years ago and still am but i am slowly working on things so i can succeed in my life and ofc become a billionaire and hopefully buy that moon we had discussed so much about

and billionaires fund some very important things where the government will not let's take an example of solar, and now when its needed to fight climate change and go renewable guess who is building lots of solar farms? let me tell you its not government or normal people like us, you think if you fight for solar and govt says yes we need to build more solar do you think those solar just come into existence from nothing? or do you think govt builds them? nope its the rich people who invest in solar farms.

And lets take an example of the Richest man ATM Bill Gates (took over Bezos a couple of days ago) He has Bill and Melinda gates foundation and where all his wealth will go to the foundation after he dies and he has already donated around 50 bil$ there and has helped countless people and has created the Giving away Pledge where rich like him give everything back when they die and many of the richest people billionaires that you hate so much have signed it like warren Buffet (greatest Investor of our time) you think Govt will use that 200 bil between Bill and Warren to help better the peoples life? if they gave money to the govt? or do you expect them to just send a bit of money to everyone directly to their bank account? will that help? sure maybe for few months what about after that? these people are helping people by tackling the issue and finding the solution but most people think helping others means giving the money to the poor, if you put a band-aid on gunshot wound will it heal that person? coz when people think to help poor they think of bandaid and i as a person don't believe in giving money to people i rather give money to people who are trying to fight the issue and solve it

Trying to fight the symptoms is useless need to fight the disease and fix the whole problem

So many misunderstandings that I don't know where even to start. I will make points so it is easier to read.

1. I don't hate rich people. That's just your prejudice. I think that we should not have billionaires, so I hate rich people. Bill Gates is a great example. He is investing his money into others. Great guy. Or he should buy the Moon and don't care?

2. Stupid people will try often to earn money and probably some of them will succeed. But 98% will fall miserably. You will not read about them tho. If you are stupid you have less chance to be rich than a genius. But chances that you will try and fail are much much greater because some smart people will not even start, that part is true.

3. Will you be "lazy" or no can depend on so many things. It's not a decision in most of the cases. Some people are lazy just because they didn't have support in their childhood, so they don't believe in themselves. It's a matter of nerve paths (synapses) and how they are programmed in childhood. if you had supportive parents you will most probably have more confidence in your life and try more things. Even if you did not have parents at all you can learn to "fight" through life, even that is a better option than to have parents that don't believe in themselves and program you in the same way. Some people just don't believe in themselves because of rigid upbringing. They are "choosing" to stay passive through life, because they learned in the childhood that whatever they are doing is just not good enough.

4. Rich people are investing in solar because they have money and it will bring them money. In case we have a stronger middle class then common people will invest in some fonds too. They cant invest expensive tech. Cryptocurrencies are changing that. With crypto, people will be able to invest easier. There are already projects where you can invest even 5$. So many people cant invest because they don't have money for food, or for school, let alone investing.

5. You are more likely to become a millionaire if you are a healthy son of the millionaire from a western country, than if you are born in a poor African country, have low IQ and some genetic issues. In most cases that don't have to do with how talented, hard-working or smart you are, you can be just born as a billionaire, thats it.

6. We have much better chance to succeed as a society if rich people are ready to give away what they don't need to the talented people that have ideas, are ready to work, but don't have money.

7. We can't stop allowing people to earn as much money as they can, but we can start to educate masses that owning money you don't need is selfish, not something to be admired. People who are ready to give away their money for the sake of other people are real heroes (like Bill Gates), not people that are just rich.

8. We are advancing so fast because of human greed? It can be changed in a second. One press on a red button and we are advancing TOO FAST because of human greed, but there will be no one to confirm that. Are we advancing at all? In some parts yes, in some parts we are degrading our society.
 
If JB put all his shares of Amazon up for sale, its going to cause the value to drop fast and it wouldn't be anywhere close to the current value to give away. Giving money away to "f*cked up" places is not going to help them in the long run because the government usually has policies in place that prevent any sort of growth.

You're saying if they "stay" a billionaire they are selfish.

So what do they do? Should Warren Buffet somehow try to liquidize his billions and give an equal share to the hungry?

Do you even know what most billionaires have done to help humanity?

Have you heard of the gates foundation?

Giving "cash" away to the poor is NOT how you help the poor.

Let's try to get a reality check.

Here's some things you can thank the billionaires for:-

Want to learn electronic engineering? You can do that with no money at home.

Want to learn about property and how to invest? Same.

Want to learn computer programming? Same.

Want to make money with programming at home? Same.

Want to start a shop and sell online.. Shopify, Stripe, paypal.. Damn those billionaires and their selfishness.

Want to do fuck all and just have a fun life at home? Check. World of Warcraft and endless games.

Want to learn about health and get fit? Check.

Want to be a freelance writer and make money? Check

Want to visit other countries but you don't have much money? Check. Cheap flights, airbnb, cheap hotels..

The list goes on.

Rewind 100 years and try any of those things. VERY hard.

What is this even about. Why are you even on blackhatworld. Go join some conspiracy, "the rich are evil" forum and you'll find likeminded people living in poverty blaming the rich for their inability to get off their lazy asses and improve themselves.

7 is why I say you do not understand money at *all*. Billionaires DO NOT own money. They own property, businesses, land, commodities. This is not money in a bank account.

8. See above. You need to go back 100 years and maybe you'd be more grateful for what we have now. Degrading our society lol. There's less random murders now than at any point in history. Humanity's history is violent, unenlightened and people had no opportunities.
