I am one of those who always thought I would never leave Google to search on another platform.

a few days ago, I finally did it.

And today, I used Perplexity to do a whole research + prepare a script.

I never saw myself not using Google for these things even a year ago.

Is it only me or are you the same?

I have been using Google way less compared to before. Not true for YouTube though, just the Google search.

I use chatGPT for a lot of my informational questions now unless I'm searching for competitors or keyword researching I hardly use google anymore.
 
mate, you too? Feels like everyone's ditching Google these days for the new kids on the block.
 
I only use it occasionally, usually when I don't find the answers on the other SEs. But I've stopped using it over 2 years ago, even though the other SEs are garbage and / or pull results from google lol
 
You're doing 99% (made up number) of things in your life out of habit and cause it's socially acceptable.

If you use Google without filtering it, you're just exposing yourself to 1 billion different opinions and destroying your thoughtspace.

After 5 years of such life you become a typical John Doe who doesn't have clue about anything beyond political and religious discussions.

These cretins use Reddit and Quora data as source of information they put on 1st page.

They got to take some fcking pills as these sites are the opposite of authorities. Those are 12 year old kids playing roblox and worse.
 
Mostly, I search for information on YouTube to get more relevant results. Google's algorithm seems to favor big brands over users.
 
My brain is too powerful compared to all those models and internets.

Good diet, lift a little bit and I have key thoughts to reach 5 billion valuation.

I've been building my foundation for 25 years and now they tell me some idiot Reddit data will outwit me. Hahahahaha comedy gold.

Spam the hell out of them.

If I cannot find stuff on Google, I will use ChatGPT :D.
 
I started to move to bing, being honest I find better results and sometimes more accurate info, credible and with good sources, but still using google is a hate and love relationship.
 
I don't use too much like before I do. Now, in the present time I use GPT for knowing someing.
