no, and i highly advise everyone to stay away from it. someone i know died from it. its recreational and you have it under control until shit happens and you start doing it to cope with stress and when the stressful situation passes, your consumption habits have already changed, and going back to "light" smoking is very difficult.
if you are in the "light smoker" stage, this is the best moment to pull out.

I know, right! Tried a shitload of cig brands just for the fun of it during school, there was nothing worse man. Glad we didn't begin.

Honestly, I find eating the cigarette gives me a slower, longer rush of nicotine in the body.
