This is absolute nonsense. Nicotine, on it's own, is relatively harmless.
To suggest cigs with all the carcinogens inside them are healthier is laughable.
You're misguided my friend. Pick up a book... or a search engine.

Have you seen the young people vaping like crazy? When you start smoking like that you'll smell like burnt trash I've not meet the first person who smokes as much as the people who vapes

Yeah you could argue that vapes are more addictive, you can build up a higher nicotine tolerance due to less physical side effects, but saying cigs are healthier is just scamming yourself

sooner or later you will smoke long enough to have 2 things happen
1 - get lung cancer.
2 - block your main heart arteries with plaque from smoking which
will cause a heart attack, which will either kill you OR require
stent surgery or open heart surgery to fix - thats IF you survive
the heart attack first........Quit now..............smoking almost killed me.
on the upside i didnt get lung cancer just a heart attack so thats
a fare trade ille take. im 54, i smoke since i was 15 - quit 4 years
ago, the day after a doctor, heart specialist saved my life

Definitely feel the urge to smoke ever hour or so but the discipline has to be there just like with everything else. For example eating, it's enough to eat twice a day and only consume water or coffee inbetween meals.

Well once you start, after a few years its very very hard to quit this nasty habit. And you will wish you never started in the first place. Your clothes are gonna stink. Your home is gonna stink. Your fingers etc. Its bad for your health also. Sometimes you think to yourself well at this point i'm just barbecuing myself what is the point of this? I'm smoking a cigarette and basically i'm just charging myself until i get the craving to smoke the next one. But when you don't smoke everything is pure as I would like to call it. Once you start the pureness goes away. In the Netherlands we have a commercial to stop smoking. In this commercial they say ; start now with being pure.. And as an ex-smoker i find this to be very true.
