I don't abuse benzos anymore, the withdrawal symptoms is a hell, but yeah I did it several times in the past.

Well, I don't have my shit together - but I try lol.I think there is more to it. It is not just an "addictive personality". It is what triggers someone to go back to it.
Carbs, Coffee, Cigerrets, Alcohol all of them are drugs. All of them are addictive.
I personally have a weird relationship with food (carb-heavy). I turn to food when I'm stressed, sad, etc.
If I have my shit together - I hardly binge eat them.
If you are a grownup who has your shit together (financially doing well, no family stress, work stress etc) - i think you can safely use drugs and enjoy life without "getting addicted".
By saying you don't have an addictive personality - you are saying you have your shit together.. Congrats.
As for the addictions you mentioned... I consume about 400g of carbs a day (along with 150-200g protein and about 70g fats). Not into coffee or smoking. Alcohol is okay but dries me out and gets me off my goals. Rather roll and drink water if I'm out to party lol.

People who don't go to holidays with friends or parties like annual marriage anniversary or birthday parties, people who don't go to movies with friends will not get addicted to drugs. Hence if you wants to safe from drugs then stop doing above mentioned things.
And don't read newspapers because Newspapers acts as Public Relations agency for govtenment and you will land in trouble for calling police which you will do after reading all bullshit published in newspapers.
