I do outsource content writing work and web design work. But I do KW research and backlinks by myself.

Nothing to delegate for now. I would delegate like mad. How tf do I run a company otherwise? I wouldn't delegate some delicate work which is prone to mistakes. SEO is not something I would delegate, but programming is.

Do you not delegate SEO? Most people do ... they 'direct' / orchestrate a group of people to do SEO

SEO is completely about delegation unless you run the websites you get back-links from, etc

I did it all myself first, and now for the last 2 years I delegate.

It literally makes you more money, that is the main benefit, and of course means I do not spin so many plates myself.

I have a team of 4, and soon this will grow to 6, I could not imagine going back to doing everything myself.

I started delegating more and more things. I used to do everything myself, but at some point you just have too much on your plate and you need to "buy" your own time to do other things, whether it's more work or free time.

It's not easy to delegate. There's initial issue of trust and quality of work, and over time issue of holding on the same person to do that for you for a long time, but it does help tremendously.

Yes, I agree, trust and finding reliable staff is tough, but once you find them treat them really well, and hold on to them!

I do it myself unless it burns me out. I'm better doing the shit load of work properly due to my experience over the years and I haven't meet any VA that matches with that to be honest.

I have always had to train each person I hire for at least 3 weeks before they are good at it 80% as I wanted and that's okay. What do I delegate?

CONTENT? Yes, 100%
Marketing? Yes and No
Plan for the marketing? No
Sales? No
Chat support/ customer care/ Sales? Planning to delegate 90% of it. This should reduce about 90% of my stress in sales.

I have been thinking how to go about delegating sales due to the same reason- TRUST.

Order fulfillment: I prefer to always be in charge and deliver this as I want to exclude BS from quality. That's the way to go.
