I recently discovered some issues with my site's reports both on search console and on analytics.

Search console shows a much higher search visitors than analytics very much higher. According to search console my clicks to my site are over 2x what analytics captures.

This issue affects the pageviews captured by Adsense too.

Want to know if linking search console with analytics would help in a way.

Anyone...?

I do have both analytics and GSC accounts accordingly, and both are linked (you will need to link to GSC to allow analytics to access that section's information), so that analytics can draw information from the search console, for related search information. GSC will show a slightly higher visitor amount than analytics - but this will highly depend on how you setup both. Different setups will yield different results in the process.

what are the possible setups? Does this have any negative impact at all ?

May be your analytics implementation is not working properly, or you have skipped few pages in analytics integration.
