Do you know what plugin you need to install on Wordpress to make the user share a post , on facebook to see the photo/video on your site?

Just search for social media plugins for WordPress, there's loads.

I want the specific plugin for this thing to restrict the view of the photo or video if you dont share it ( or you need to wait for 30 seconds for example)

You need a Facebook content locker. I have come across quite a few shared on here, but I cannot think of the names of any.
