Every website has Alexa. More visitors = better Alexa position. I can't find any secret here

Their software just simulates human activity. Keep on mind that at the moment you stop sending visitors, the Alexa will drop. It's not that easy when nothing is real. Honestly, you are doing useless things when sending bot visitors to your site and creating suspicious activity.
