* Please do not send your offers, because I'm not hiring now *

I have 10 sites, 8 of them are adult tubes with embedded videos (from big, free tubes). Infrastructure: WordPress + WP-Script

As this is my side job, I found myself in a situation that I just don't have enough time and energy to do everything

I have ideas for new sites, or new pages, or trying new affiliate programs... - but simple, routine tasks keep me from doing it

Maybe at least this task I can outsource: choosing and embedding video posts

What is your experience in this? Did you find a partner or did you hire? How much did you pay? Bad experiences, warnings?

They say you get what you pay for. In my experience, you're lucky if you even get that.

The embedding could be done with automation and not a person. For choosing you could just filter by the tube sites metrics and keywords perhaps?

Virtual assistants are dirty cheap. At least for people from 1st world countries. Try to hire one.

I've tried automation, but it fails to bring result
My sites have hand-picked videos, altered titles etc - that way I fought my place among millions of similar sites, identical between themselves

If you have had a good experience, tell me details: where did you find, how you chose, how much to pay, how to control?
I can't control every video they embed, if they go after quantity instead quality site might tank

Well, I would recommend you to post a thread in the HAF section here. Make a contact with few people. Present them your vision about how they should or how you expect them to work. Then discuss the price with them.

Yes, just do it. Find out for yourself the next time is my advice.

I have 30+ assistants working at my sites all the time for all kinds of routine work.

Even the same tasks as you mention.

You have to train and educate them the best you can and monitor results regularly to get the best results.

Great!
Please tell me more details:
- where did you find them (Fiverr, recommendation...)?
- how do you control them?
- paying - per job, per hour...?
The more details the better. Thanks

Thanks... But do you really have experience with it?
I agree with everything you wrote, but I'm trying to lean the best and safest way do it, to learn from experience

I have used some for seo projects, registering accounts and posting blogs.
Make a video step by step of what you want them to do, so you don't have to keep training people, they can just watch the video.

It looks like off-the-page jobs. Did you allow them to post on your blogs, like making a WP account for them with limited rights?

Mostly off page...My experience is they can not think well for themselves. If they could they would be worth more than 3 dollars per hour.
If you give them detailed instructions they can follow them.
If you go up and search virtual workers there some people that have them for 4 hours per day for less that 200 per month.
