You must work for a mega corporation that made an art out of high employee churn rate. Most business can't afford to constantly replace skilled workers and re-train new ones. It costs too much and it takes way too long. They worry more about good workers leaving on their own once they get some experience and are trying desperately to keep them. Give it a try, see how it looks from the other side and maybe you'll realize that CEO's are dance monkeys as well.

The good workers are hardcore workers who are capable of running their own companies.
That's why they aren't fired. Because it's the ultimate workforce.
The workforce that gets the worst type of shit done for you.
But anyone who isn't mastermind coder and heavy logical thinker, will just get replaced sooner or later.

I opened the site 'w3schools.com'. I opened any random tutorial there, for example, python tutorial. Now I just feel I can learn python in one month from that tutorial. Does that mean the tutorial is small and doesn't covers much stuff? One more thing, are those tutorials on that site legit enough and that they cover all parts of a particular programming language? Can you really learn from that site?

The 'w3schools.com' website is a reference book. Meaning you go there to check some simple stuff.
If you forget complete basics, you go there.
But this website shouldn't be used by professionals. You should use official documentation like this:

Maybe watch some videos and then watch some more videos.

That was the point I was trying to make, that there 100% are "irreplaceable" workers in companies right now. If someone is hard/expensive to replace, that is in practice already irreplaceable.The good workers are hardcore workers who are capable of running their own companies.

Thanks. But I'm confused, it claims to provide tutorials and at the same time how it can be just a reference book? Can you go from beginner to advance from that site?

Finding a worker like that is like hitting the jackpot.
It's possible, but certainly requires a lot of effort and giving your good worker a ton of goods like cars or free apartments.
In startups these people just become co-founders.

Who is a software engineer? I know a guy who is one and make around $4k a month. Probably he is a at higher levels in some good company.

These are tutorials. But they aren't as good as you would expect. There are mistakes because it's not double checked by anyone.
I seriously recommend watching videos and following them along in the beginning.
Much easier to understand.
Just don't repeat it for months. Once you start to understand, just stop watching and build using frameworks.

It is like finding a beautiful woman, that is not aware of the power her youth and beauty gives her. All-star workers could become global entrepreneurs, but they stay employees for a variety of reasons. Imo, mostly because they prefer some money regularly and right now vs. potentially a lot of money later but having to work "for free" today.

Many of them think their employers are smarter and more experienced hence the security.
They create a bubble for themselves thinking their boss is doing more heavylifting than they do.
Oftentimes they come from 0 to 100 thanks to the company they were hired in.
Then they think it's because of their boss and not their efforts.
It's some psychological thing.

that's why they outsource everything, especially in Java, Python anything in high demand.

Have you tried outsourcing a more advanced long-term programming job before? Maybe you can outsource it from USA to EU, but good luck outsourcing it to the 3rd world. Good developers from south and south east Asia are not cheap anymore.
