To be honest,
I have tried 100+ times to follow a morning routine but I'm not able to continue that for long.

So do you have a morning routine ? If YES then how you force yourself to follow that routine ?

The book “Atomic Habits” by James Clear helps me a lot to build my morning routine and my habits in general.
At the moment, my morning routine is very basic: woke up > read for 30 mins > make my bed > jump rope for at leat 15 mins > write my daily goals.

It's mostly about forming habits. Take something you want to replace from your current routine (if trying to remove bad habits) and replace it with a small, positive habit (action you want to implement). After a couple weeks try introducing another new habit.

@Sherb has a pretty epic writeup of his routine HERE.

I believe it's very important to have a morning routine, even if there's nothing important to do that day. I'm not saying you should never have a lazy day but if I found after a week of disregarding a morning routine I was generally just sadder and felt worthless.
It's easy to have a morning routine when you have something to wake up for (such as a 9-5 or school/college) or if you own an online business that requires you to be available for the open hours.

When you will have kids (I assume you don't have now) you will stick your morning routine naturally :D

I have the most cliche morning routine but honestly it's changed my life.

I wake up at 5 am brush my teeth and go for a 3 mile run. Get home by 5:45. Then I shower and that takes around 15 minutes. I'm 24 and have no hair so I shave...

Around 6 I meditate.. and by meditate I don't mean full blown zen meditation. I just do breathing exercises to get my mental on point.

Put on clothes and head to the office. Now I have 50 black t shirts, 50 white t shirts, and 50 grey t-shirts. It makes life easier... I don't waste time on what to wear. I throw on joggers, or jeans.. with a t and head to the office. If I have meetings then I'll throw on some chinos and a button up. Other than that I'm wearing a t shirt and jogger/jeans.

I'm in the office by 7 am and get to work.

Without my daily routine I don't function normally. It keeps me level headed and on efficient.

Once you get into a routine its hard to fall out of it. I highly recommend people setting a routine and sticking to it. It only takes a week to get used to.

Morning routine is super important for me, looks like this:

Wake up 5am
Cold shower 5:15am
Go for 3mile run 5:45am
Warm shower 6:00am
Answering emails 6:30-7am
Scheduling my daily plans 7am-7:30am
Breakfast 7:30am - 8am
Relax and online browsing/reading/videos etc 8am-9am
9am until 12pm work from home/coffeshop etc.
Every other day I go to gym from 3pm to 5pm

Now I have 50 black t shirts, 50 white t shirts, and 50 grey t-shirts. It makes life easier..

how cute :) but how do you choose which color will you wear on a particular day? ;):D I suggest rolling the dice, it would make your life even more easier ;););)

Haha I just reach into the closet and pull one out... whatever it is I throw it on.

Wakeup, Shower, Cold Shower, Eat/Drink (been eating hemp seeds a lot), Meditation (if you don't do this I highly recommend, has been shown to change the brain gray matter overtime plus many other benefits), Positive Affirmations, Motivational Video. The way you can force/wire the brain to adapt to a daily routine is by writing it down over and over again. When I write stuff there is more of chance I will do it, personally speaking.

This.. Atomic Habits is pure gold. Get it on Audible and this book can change how you think of habits.

I am afraid to tell you this but there is nothing in the world that can force yourself to stick with a morning routine but you.
It's your own fault that you do not keep up with the morning routine and there are no methods or guides that can help you stick with it.
You and only you can decide that you've been fucking around enough and now its time to get serious.

You have to do it so often that it becomes a habit of yours. Just get up in the morning as hard as it is for you. Because only then you will become "okay" with the uncomfortable feeling of getting up on a certain time, and over time this forcing will become a habit. Just do it.

The best morning routines are ones that align with what’s most important to you. Which means the only morning routine you’ll ever need is one crafted specifically for you, by you.

An effective morning routine is one that evolves with you, to always support the kind of day you want to create. If something no longer works, there’s no reason to keep trying to force it. Switch things up. Experiment with new behaviors and ideas until you find something that clicks.

Pretty basic - I wake up with the alarm clock, make my bed, go to the kitchen to heat up some water, take a piss, prep some coffee, brush my teeth, shave and then sip on my coffee and maybe eat something before heading out. Sometimes I'll take a shower if I'm not too lazy
