Do You Hate Water?

Back when I used to drink a case a beer a day I drank a lot of water all day to try and rid the hangover. Everyone always said I drank a lot of water, but it was only because I was so damn dehydrated throughout the day. Now that I've kicked the habit, I drink A LOT of tea. Like all day. I have to have something bitter to sip on. I'm not really a chugger, I just like to sip a drink every couple minutes, it keeps me relaxed.

That's interesting that you need something bitter to drink. I don't mind the taste of plain tea but I prefer mine with a lot of lemon and a drop of sugar. I drink it for energy. The caffeine gives me a boost, and it's a great substitute for all the Coke I used to drink.

Tea is very dehydrating for me. If I drink it all day I will be very thirsty by the end of the day. It's funny because I go on these kicks where I will drink water and tea, then just water to compensate for having so much tea.

Lately I have been drinking this vegan pop (don't ask) but it's still pop. My throat and mouth feel like the Sahara. BB is right. That crap makes your brain foggy and everything else. Even if I drink water right after having a pop I still feel like crap because pop just isn't good for me.

So for the next 48 hours it's nothing but water for me. I'm working on my 8th glass. I feel a lot better.

I drink the Arizona iced teas, I'm pretty sure they're caffeine free but I could be wrong. I like them because they're chilled, they're bitter, and the can feels like I'm drinking a tall boy. It became a good substitute when I began to sober up and I just kinda never got rid of the habit. It's also full of ginseng, so gives energy.

Back in the day I used to drink like 3 or 4 rockstars a day, super unhealthy. Caffeine effects me a lot differently these days. I don't like getting jittery and shakey from it, makes me feel like a tweaker. I agree with the pop stuff too. Lucky for me my gf is really health conscience, we don't keep any soda in the house at all. Water, milk, tea, and maybe some orange and Apple juice, that's it. Pop will make your head fuzzy, I agree with that.

Being an internet marketer and you need any and every advantage you can get. Beer, soda, nicotine, drugs, all of it will hold you back from being %100 on your game.

Always drank water over everything else. Chilled water, so refreshing. Plus you don't get that floated and gunky feeling you get with coke/Pepsi.

Not really a big water fan ,never have been, when I was younger used to run marathons and drank only enough to get by. Fruit juice was my preference. For the last decade I have been into bodybuilding and yes I drink water as needed during a two hour training session "cardio included" but at the end of the day a six pack of beer is my favorite water.

Drinking couple of bottles of filtered water a day. Not really because like it or am thirsty but just always keeping hydrated. When at home I rarely drin water, mainly real juice definitely no sodas (corn syrup etc) in a can.

You mean fluoride right? its actually good for you contrary to what conspiracy theorists think..... very good for teeth and bones!
its good for teeth and bones but it turns your brain to bone!!!! you will be a bone head

i drink mass amounts of Barry's Tea and that seems to keep me running pretty well.. when exercising i drink water though

Reddit it pretty good to be fair dude, unsub from the default sub reddits where all the little retards are and find things you're actually interested in, you will totally understand it.

To me, Reddit is one step above *****. And that's all I'm going to say on the subject.

Back on topic, I've noticed that once you drink water regularly, you start to crave it. My antidepressants give me dry mouth (a nasty side effect) so my water needs to be ice cold. I've heard that ice cold water is a shock to your system, but it helps keep a few of my side effects manageable, so I don't really care.
