Do you hate egoistic friends?

I had a egoistic friend and I deleted him after hearing his egoistic and arrogant thoughts all the time.

He was studying Computer Science but he was just an egoistic pig. He said and asked me "what should I do to make money online?"

I suggested too many things to him and all he did was just criticizing and insulting.

I said go learn affiliate marketing + SEO. He said, SEO is a very easy job, you don't have to be smart to be expert at SEO.

I said go develop a wordpress plugin and he said "Only dumb people use these ready templates, wordpress is for dumb people. You need to code a website from scratch".

I said go develop a bot and windows forms app with C# and sell it on the market and he said "Fuck C#, Microsoft is never supporting software developers, go learn real programming language".

Then I said go develop a bot with a programming language that you love to develop with. And he said: "Fuck bots, only retarded kids develop bots. Bots is the easist thing to develop".

He even said Steve Jobs was a trash because he was not a "coder". Elon Musk is rich because of his rich parents.

And this was the last thing and reason why I dumped him as a friend:

I suggested him BHW as a forum, so he can get some money making ideas here. And he said:
"Dude, this forum is full of dumb people who always look for bots. They are all retarded and bunch of idiots, how can you stand this forum".

Friends ? What the fuck are friends ? I still do not understand what "friend" or "friends" means.
Even the official definitions of "friend" or "friends", sounds quite stupid to me.
Outside of my immediate family, I treat everyone as acquaintances & expect the same from them. In other words, outside of my immediate family, it is like : Here, take it, give the money, thank you, have a nice day OR Give me, thank you, here is the money, have a nice day.
My feelings are in my control, I do not need friends to feel nice or to help me with anything.
No, I am not an asshole, I do my bit of charity, helping genuine people in need, etc.
As long as you do not disturb anyone, do not give a fuck about what anyone thinks.
And if anyone feels disturbed by you, BUT, INCASE in reality you have not done anything to disturb that person, then that person needs to grow up in life & learn how to comprehend situations in the correct & realistic manner and you need not give a fuck about it.

He insulted everything and all he is able to do is still creating basic web pages or using stealen template codes from the web. But even people like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Elon Musk are dumb to him.
 
you can't help me a mand that doesn't want to be helped, you should not have given him any more ideas after the first one. Aslo, egoistism is not quite as bad, because we all are egoistic to a certain degree, and we should be. because we are in the centre of our universes, and no one else.

Well, I disagree man, it has nothing to do with treating people differently or anything.
"Friend" means people with whom you share moments with them, helping them when they need it, doing activities together.. making projects.. which you cannot do with everyone.

You have your opinion, and I have mine. That's fine.

"You are a very selfish person. You don't even share any money making method with me". LOL.

Run away from these toxic people. I think it is beyond egoism. This is maybe a serial killer disease like a God-complex.

I think we all need friends too but good friends. They can make you king. Where these kind of toxic bitches only make you down.
 
I don't judge my friends. everyone has his own problems. the best I can do is to put myself on their shoes.
 
I may be an egoist but I dont talk like that and I help my small circle. But he isnt an egoist, because he doesnt even have an ego. Because he is a plain useless person that only complains about anything and does nothing lol

But even in his college lessons, all the professors and students marked him as "egoist" already. He even confessed that. He even said that he is a selfish person.

I mean in my understanding being an egoist and selfish means you have to be very good at something, if you arent great or good whats even the point of calling yourself like that? He in my definition is plain delusional. Means he just live in his little fantasy world when he is the best and everyone else is stupid.

I can create basic bots and database apps now, I don't know if this still makes me a coder lol. But in my friend's eyes, I will never be a coder even after 100 years and make billions of dollars with my projects.
