Do you hate egoistic friends?

I had a egoistic friend and I deleted him after hearing his egoistic and arrogant thoughts all the time.

He was studying Computer Science but he was just an egoistic pig. He said and asked me "what should I do to make money online?"

I suggested too many things to him and all he did was just criticizing and insulting.

I said go learn affiliate marketing + SEO. He said, SEO is a very easy job, you don't have to be smart to be expert at SEO.

I said go develop a wordpress plugin and he said "Only dumb people use these ready templates, wordpress is for dumb people. You need to code a website from scratch".

I said go develop a bot and windows forms app with C# and sell it on the market and he said "Fuck C#, Microsoft is never supporting software developers, go learn real programming language".

Then I said go develop a bot with a programming language that you love to develop with. And he said: "Fuck bots, only retarded kids develop bots. Bots is the easist thing to develop".

He even said Steve Jobs was a trash because he was not a "coder". Elon Musk is rich because of his rich parents.

And this was the last thing and reason why I dumped him as a friend:

I suggested him BHW as a forum, so he can get some money making ideas here. And he said:
"Dude, this forum is full of dumb people who always look for bots. They are all retarded and bunch of idiots, how can you stand this forum".

Friends ? What the fuck are friends ? I still do not understand what "friend" or "friends" means.
Even the official definitions of "friend" or "friends", sounds quite stupid to me.
Outside of my immediate family, I treat everyone as acquaintances & expect the same from them. In other words, outside of my immediate family, it is like : Here, take it, give the money, thank you, have a nice day OR Give me, thank you, here is the money, have a nice day.
My feelings are in my control, I do not need friends to feel nice or to help me with anything.
No, I am not an asshole, I do my bit of charity, helping genuine people in need, etc.
As long as you do not disturb anyone, do not give a fuck about what anyone thinks.
And if anyone feels disturbed by you, BUT, INCASE in reality you have not done anything to disturb that person, then that person needs to grow up in life & learn how to comprehend situations in the correct & realistic manner and you need not give a fuck about it.

"Friend" means people with whom you share moments with them, helping them when they need it, doing activities together.. making projects.. which you cannot do with everyone.
