Do you guys do any journaling?

Might be a funny question, but generally curious. Specifically for my successful brethren out there, do you guys journal? I mean, journal your thoughts, your ideas, etc?
I know many folk who journal that are successful. It seems as though the ones who don't do not have that same success.
I might be wrong.

I journal a couple of times a week, and I find it helpful to put my thoughts into words. It's great to be able to read my previous thoughts from a year ago and see how far I've come.

I have a notebook dedicated to ideas and another with daily/weekly tasks.
