I mean do customers or client get you tired at any point
How do you get motivation to keep going because some times, their issues can take hours to get solved
Especially if you are dealing with some other third party to solve it

Yes, for sure, support can get tiring, especially when it’s constant and repetitive. But I try to see it as part of the business, happy customers stick around longer.

yes, support can sometimes be so frustrating.. especially when dealing with timewasters

Absolutely support can be really frustrating, especially when you’re stuck dealing with timewasters.

Regular support is the easiest thing to outsource to some Indian abroad. If it is tech related u need to propably go through an Agency but you should never do customer-facing work as founder or you are just devaluing your own work.

Yes, it can get tiring, especially long issues or waiting on third parties. I stay motivated by remembering that solving problems builds trust and keeps clients. Taking breaks and keeping the bigger picture in mind helps push through.

I feel you bro! But at then end of the day, you chooses that. You have to deal with it. What type of business are you in?

I've dealt with this before, and I'm sure many here have too.
We're IM's , and we're business people. The only way to do business is to know what you're doing, and the best way to make money or generate income from that business is by knowing what you're doing.
Last but not least, customer support and services, Personally I like to offer the same support I'd like to receive. Solving customer problems is easy.

Search and find the frequently asked questions (FAQ) , identify potential problems, and create easy-to-understand, well-developed answers for each of your customers.

Trust me, it will be a better experience for both of you.

Support never, I love to do this hands on.

Acquisition is what's hard and time consuming, thus, I eventually took a part time dev role so I can be much more picky for side projects. If there's time for me to do it and we agree on terms quickly, we go ahead, if not, no.

And yes, if it takes hours for issues to be resolved, that's on the business owner ultimately. Today I've spent 90 minutes helping a customer install and test a nodejs bot, he was very happy and learned something along the way. So did I, aka, I'll write down proper installation instructions for the future.
