These are crazy demands because they are not tangible. State of art is not tangible. Aesthetically pleasing is not tangible. Site that pops is not tangible. Do you know what tangible means sir.

I get this fairly often.. expectations unrealistic for what they are willing to pay.
"I found you as an expert with a case study on AWS.. first page of Google.. etc. I want to build the empire state building in an app [exaggeration], can you do that?" What is your budget? "Well, I have been quoted 5K from other companies." Okay, good luck with that.
I have found that some of my best paying clients outline what they are looking for, are not unreasonable, and actually take the least amount of my time talking.
The smaller the project the more they want to talk.

One of my recent clients demands that I use same style of email signature that he uses for the email marketing I do for him. His signature has an image and is too big, and I fear if I use it the emails will land in the recipients spam.

Remember I was getting crazy demands for websites like, I want websites like that, like f1.com, tailopez.com?
Well, there are some crazy clients in the app development field too.

I want app like calendly in 1 week budget $30-$250 USD
Bro, you want million-dollar software like calendly for $30? Are you bleeping kidding me?
One of my old client snapped and demanded I build woocommerce subscriptions plugin for a custom php website he got tricked into buying by a jvzoo hustler.
Dude, why the hack I will build a million-dollar software for $60?
Ok I will hire someone else to do it.
Well he did hire someone else to do it , but the other guy cant do it. The other guy he hired keeps bothering me by asking me what do I have to do?
