Do you get crazy client demands?

most of these are not crazy demands, though. What is so crazy about someone wanting traffic, or a website that generates leads, or state of the art website, or site that is better than the current one? I honestly don't see anything wrong with these statements. And the others are debatable, too...

These are crazy demands because they are not tangible. State of art is not tangible. Aesthetically pleasing is not tangible. Site that pops is not tangible. Do you know what tangible means sir.

I get this fairly often.. expectations unrealistic for what they are willing to pay.

"I found you as an expert with a case study on AWS.. first page of Google.. etc. I want to build the empire state building in an app [exaggeration], can you do that?" What is your budget? "Well, I have been quoted 5K from other companies." Okay, good luck with that.

I have found that some of my best paying clients outline what they are looking for, are not unreasonable, and actually take the least amount of my time talking.

The smaller the project the more they want to talk.

Well, there are some crazy clients in the app development field too.
