Do you check your spam folder? How often?

I look in my spam folder one or more times every day.

I look in my spam folder regularly, maybe weekly-ish, but not every day.

Once per week or so - actual client emails from some of my websites' contact forms ends up in spam every now and then

I never check my gmGma Spam folder. But giving a second thought after seeing this thread.
