Do you check your spam folder? How often?

I often find some important emails in my Spam folder. Gmail, outlook and yahoo spam filters
are very strict so in order not to miss some important stuff I check my spam folder about 3 times
a week. How about you? This poll should be helpful in email marketing statistics, at list for me.

I have Local spam folder turned off and a third party spam filter / quarantine.

Then I get a daily quarantine report which I check through.

So basically the spam that hits my inbox is very close to zero, then the spam just comes in as a single report.

I only check if I think I'm missing something. Then I realise I'm not missing something, and some c***s actually take months to do a basic task.

Rarely, but only when I’m bored.

Usually filled with bs from my ex. and a good reminder why I left the b@$&.

Done that many times. My preference would be to not have to deal with her at all, but when children are involved...

Anyways, I’m starting to drift way off topic, so I will leave it at this.

I check it everyday. Usually get about 10 emails in that folder. A quick glance and "delete all".

I will check every day, it has become a regular practise. Don't know when I picked it up.

No important stuff will be there though.

i rarely ever check my spam box unless specifically looking for an email from a service or website i registered to(as sometimes they go to spam).

Typically once a week if that. Maybe a few times a week if I'm expecting an email.
