Its really not about believing in aliens anymore, ever since humans acknowledged the enormity of the universe, if you consider that there are billions of stars in our galaxy and there are billions of galaxy in this universe, there has to be living organisms somewhere, of course we don't know if these "Aliens" are just bacteria like cells OR advanced humanoid.

there are trillions of stars in the universe, each star has multiple planets in orbit around it. The sheer number of possibilities for life to evolve on 1 of them is in favor of supporting life on other planets.

All thats needed for a simple lifeform to evolve is sulfur, phosphorous, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon, and hydrogen. From there its just a matter of time before those life forms evolve into more complex organisms. Considering the universe is billions of years old, then yes there are aliens. Perhaps not in the sense of star wars or alien 3. But there is deffo 100% life on other planets. We as humans have just not evolved enough to discover them.

Anyone who thinks this is wrong is a fool.

Yes, I do believe in aliens.

Not sure about aliens but iv personally come across another life form or creation known as the jinn they can see us but we cant see them and they live on another platform to us however they are like humans

Yes I believe that life does or has existed on places other than planet Earth. Whether or not they have visited this planet, or if we'll ever 'meet' any is a more interesting question.

Completely off topic (sorry) but does anyone know how long you have to be a member for before you can start your own threads? Can't see it in the rules. :(

Your logic is solid, little or no room to argue logically there. Having said that, I do believe that a little extra something is needed to form a life. Maybe God, maybe nature, I don't know. Despite knowing what compounds are needed to form a life, we would not be able to create one ourselves. We know a mobile phone is made of silicon basically but a pot of sand won't magically turn into a mobile phone. It does not, however, necessarily mean there is no life form anywhere else, nor that I believe so. I'm sure you got my point here.

I know exactly what you are talking about. I have encountered one of those situations too. I'm absolutely sure it was something supernatural, as was a few of my other friends. It's a very interesting story.

Most people do not believe me, but I was abducted by aliens in 1987.

Tell us more? i am interested as have never heard of this "Jinn"

I don't "believe" in aliens, but I do believe that the possibility exists.

I once heard a very plausible theory that the reason they are likely
not to interact with us is because we are too primitive. Too inclined
to destroy that which we do not understand. They observe us from a
distance in the same way that we have observed some little-known
primitive cultures from a distance to see how they live, but we do
not interfere with them. Anyway, it's all theory and speculation at
this point.

Yes! they exist and living among us. Probably after100 years, members will be reading this thread sitting next to an Alien creature and laughing ;)

When you where a kid, and you got a really cool toy, you think you are the only has it but there are thousand of those toy around the world. same concept applied to us humans.

The reason that there could be a possibility of aliens is because we don't know (in great detail) what is out side of our own solar system. In our galaxy, our solar system is on the far edge where we are less likely to collide with other stars. There is also the water aspect. If the planet is too cold, only ice. Too hot, only vapor. There very well could be aliens but the living conditions would have to be perfect, like here on earth. They probably would be a completely different species and I doubt they speak English, or if they even speak at all. I sort of got carried away there, but there most likely is aliens wherever there is water in liquid form (even if it just a tiny single-cell organism).
