Do you any tips on how to set up Cloudflare correctly for Ezoic integration?

I don!t get it, in past i had no issues. But lately when I connect my wp site to cloudflare and then to ezoic. It all breaks, when the site is just with cloudflare it works fine. But after connection to Ezoic it gets all messed up. Some sites are just slow, which would be ok I guess. But some sites end up in 520 errors etc when I am in wp dashboard and they become unusable. I have tried to find an article from cloudflare or ezoic or from some other blog, but I haven!t found anything that would change this mess.
Is anyone here still using ezoic?
On few sites I have ezoics DNS, but to be honest I am not a fan of the performance. I would like to figure out what is wrong with my clouflare connection..

Are you using Cloudflare's DNS? You can check that the DNS records point to your server correctly.

Yes, they are, even my host was checking if the communication between servers is ok..
