I was surprised to hear that semrush was acquired for 2 billion. This seems to be the highest amount deal if we leave AI related deals. Do you also plan to sell your current IM company one day?

How many companies reach to that level? One in 50000 may be. So no point in chasing something like that.

Exiting a company can be tempting if the offer aligns with your goals, but many choose to keep growing it when there’s still room to scale.

Exactly, rushing usually leaves money on the table. Patience lets the value compound before any exit.

Yes, if we are patient, we can get deal from a party which is more interested and thus ready to pay more. When we are looking for buyer, we will settle with less paying also.
