Do Web 2.0 Show up as Back Links?

I created and indexed some web 2.0s are they suppose to show up on Moz open site explorer or majestic of even google search console. Because its been about 4 days and I don't see them.

It's very new, I would say a few weeks at least. Some show up first day, some never. Also, I prefer not seeing them in Moz or Majestic so that competitors dont see them.It should be fine if they are indexed in google.

They are taking their time. 4 days is nothing. Try 4 weeks.

Your main goal is to get them indexed on Google and make sure they are good enough to stay indexed. It may take time to show up on 3rd party tools or GWT, and they might even never show up there... but as long as they're indexed, it's good and counted as a backlink by Google.

Yup, track them in google search console, I also prefer not showing them in MOZ/MAJESTIC/AHREFS
If you leave them to index naturally, it can take even more than a month. But if you build them with some tier2 links, it should get them indexed faster. If they are without links and in a hurry, you can always submit them to Google, but I prefer indexing them naturally.
