it appears that LinkedIn has been leaning towards value based content recently.the personal stuff still works but it normally require a lot of relatability or a good story.utherwise it tends to get buried and hardly seen by anyone.
It's not just you. I've noticed it too. LinkedIn seems to be pushing relevant, topic-focused content more than personal stories unless the story gets good early engagement.
I think personal posts can still get very good engagement. Of course, the account needs to have a strong reputation, a decent number of connections and followers, and valuable content that people genuinely want to read.
