The UI of many sites there is VERY RETRO. But aside from those alleged sites with scams and trojans, there are people there that use it just as they use the clearnet. Forums, info sites, and such alike.

I think there's definitely space to draw some traffic from there. At the very least, the effort made to create access to something on the dark web is enough to garner attention.
