I did the porn re-upload method about a year ago, and after something like 500 uploads on different websites, it wasn't very successful. So, I abandoned it.

Now, a YEAR LATER, the fucking feds come knocking on my door telling me that I may have distributed child pornography. I was honest with them about my affiliate schemes, and they were understanding, but it was a fucking scare nonetheless.

This could happen to ANYONE doing this. You don't know it, but you could find some random video, download it, put your watermark into it, upload it, and the next thing you know you're on some government list being investigated.

DON'T TAKE THE RISK! Believe me, it's not worth it. The scare that I got today was fucking real. I've already removed all of my videos and hope you guys do the same.

They can follow the money as well so domain privacy won't help much there and, in the USA if that is where the OP is from, they don't take child porn distribution lightly.
 
There was a thread on here saying someone went to jail in another country for doing this method. Porn was illegal in his country.

If your working with porn afflicates and there all over 18 material, i dont understand how legally you got in trouble .

It not illegal to promote over 18 porn stars , or amuture wannabe ,or upload over 18 video to other websites in the webcam category .

Sounds like your internet provider, has contacted the police ,because your constuntly uploading and downloading files .

In the uk ,you would of been raided and you computer seized ,and all electronics checked for underage porn , video and pictures , you also would of been ,taken to the police station and arrested for distributing child porn.

There no way in hell ,sorry you get a knock on the door ,and no pc checked or any of your personal belongings investigated for child porn.

The police take child porn very serious ,and dont just stand at your doorway ,and accuse you of disputing child porn without fully investigating the whole situation .

Sorry but your whole story sounds wrong or bullshit.....

Ohh yeah sorry I forgot child pornography is a severe crime. How can I forget for what charles was caught :D:D:D

It's of course possible that this happened, child porn could be a 17 year old girl made a porn and it ended up online, he downloaded and reuploaded it.

If I learned anything at this forum there is no point in arguing with people that can barely speak english, you obviously have no idea what I'm saying or how the law works.

There are a lot of reasons why you should not do this method. I also stopped (even if I was successful), but to say that people should not do it because of reuploading possible child porn is stupid. The chances are so low like dying in a plane crash and you were just very unlucky.

The only way for that to happen is if you download amateur materials posted on a shaddy website.

No need to bring Charles into it. He was only looking at pictures of his 13 year old sister, I mean come on, it is his sister not yours. What has it got to do with anyone else what you do with your own sister???
