Hello,
Can CPA networks know from which website they've been redirected if there is no Google widget on the page ?
And do they track it?
Cheers

it's pretty easy for them to know the referrer
In PHP it's just a one line code
Same with js I think

And do they track links ? Like what if I use another domain to redirect it, or a LP?

as mentioned, they know thru referrer code
when you click any link, under the hood a piece of code is passed. that piece of code lets them know what website you came from. example if you click this link here www.google.com. the code passed will say your referer is this bhw thread.

theres methods to spoof and nullify referer
of course your manager will see these things and they generally raise red flags. im not saying you will get terminated for doing it but just be cautious they may ask you via email/chat where traffic is coming from....generally only happens if they are getting complaints.

referer only passes the last link. manager has power of google and can research best they can your funnel...again usualyl they only do this if theyre not happy with your traffic or think youre doing fraud.

See the last link that redirects to the cpa network will be tracked most probably

Let's say (domain 1) - Redirects -> (domain 2) - Redirects -> (CPA link)

Cpa network will only have knowledge about domain 2.

Yes, they'll qualify your leads through the referrer.

You can null/spoof them, but too many of them like that & they'll hold your earnings until the advertiser clears your leads.

This seems right. It will increase a little the time to open the page for the end-customer, though.
If it can be avoided, it's probably better. To do only if really needed.
