do instagram reps really exist?

yeah reps exist but it’s not like they’re just chillin on telegram waiting to help lol. most of the time it’s people who know someone who knows someone, or they used to work there. sellers either got a real plug or they just bluffin hard

From what I’ve seen, most of the time there aren’t official ‘reps’ that regular users can contact directly. Usually, support is handled through Meta’s business help channels, and anything outside that should be taken with caution.
 
If they takes 48h to recover a account then they are not rep. The representative hardly takes 1-4h max not 48h

Some creators (including me) got a personal invitation to the Instagram Creators community. There, each of us gets an assigned Meta representative that is available for us.

It's a great way how to support creators. Most of us are in the 50k-1MIL followers range.

I won’t describe how to contact or join — but generally these people advertise in underground places: dark forums, private chats, social media DMs. Don’t follow them; instead, report them if you see them on the platforms you use.

Some reps are real, usually tied to big ad spenders or agency partners. But many "rep services" are just using escalation channels or standard appeals. If someone promises guaranteed unbans for every case, that's usually a red flag.
