Do hashtags even matter on Facebook anymore?

On TikTok and IG, hashtags can push content pretty far if you know what you’re doing. But on Facebook, I’m not sure if they make any real difference. I see people dropping 10+ hashtags on reels and still barely cracking 20 views.

So what’s the deal? Are hashtags on FB just cosmetic now, or do they actually help reach?
Hashtags realated to your post will increase your reach. As a user I can relate that.

I does not really see much use for hash tags on Facebook at the moment. If they seems applicable I may use one or two but it was not that big of a deals anymore.

I tends to view facebook hashtags as labels rather than a way to bring traffic. If the post do not have any attraction by itself then putting 15 hashtags will only make it seems cluttered.

only if they're relevant to your topic, and you use them sparingly like 1 or 3 .if you try to spam a block of hashtags it will hurt reach

I think hashtags on Facebook can help with categorization, but they’re not a major reach factor anymore. Content quality, engagement, and the audience you reach seem to matter much more.
