Its being couple of days I am doing RND about GSA SER so I was just wondering if this work well for tier-2.

GSA still works if you know how to use it properly.

It took me 3 months to operate it. But I see, it seems that I still haven't operated properly.
I think you should learn more

For me, Building Tier 2 by hands are better option. Only if you want to stay longer and to be on a safer side. We do built 25+ backlinks for each of our Tier 1.
I use GSA for Tier 3.
