Even at 2 cents per word, you will still struggle to make a living online based on just content writing.
With time invested in research, formatting, etc, you can barely do 1k words in an hour.
Most people can't do that 8 hours a day, it's too much stress. That's where the price increase happens again.
It matters a lot where you live though. You can probably get by with $200 in developing countries.
In Europe, you need at least $1,700 a month to just live.
