I agree, but there is a different between "fake traffic" and traffic that is from a software that is shown as "real traffic" in Google Analytics. Fake traffic is not recognized by GA , but software traffic that is presented as real does work and shown in GA with keywords the user typed in the search engine

Not a good idea to have a lot of fake traffic. Having all that fake traffic can slow down your server for any real traffic you might get. Bots never buy anything either.
You would be much better off spending your money to get real traffic, so you will rate better and have a chance at making sales.

Right I agree, fake traffic doesn't affect rankings it can just boost instant traffic in the daily basis. Only the links from the real sites will give the long-lasting results. And fake traffic might also increase spam.
