Do Expired Articles rank?

Any of you have any experience with this? I checked many expired articles but every and each of those show 100% plagiarism meaning a lot of people are using them.

Do these articles actually rank?

I had some success with some expired articles.
In most cases I reformatted, added images and a bit of information.
It made my site deindex from Bing for a while, though.

Expired articles can still rank if updated with relevant content. Experience shows refreshed content can regain or maintain search visibility.
 
Yes it ranks, even with unedited expired articles.

Beware Bing might deindex your site with expired articles. It may re-index your site several months later, though.
 
They CAN rank. Doesn't mean they will. So it's the same for any type of article.
 
Expired articles generally lose their ranking over time as they become outdated. But some links still rank if they offer evergreen content or if they're regularly updated. To maintain the SEO rankings, it is crucial to refresh and republish or redirect expired articles.

If you see the sales thread related to expired articles, most are dead. This is because this content has become useless now.

You should be fast to grab the articles as soon as domain expires.
 
yes the can be rank but edit properly before publishing.

My opinion would be, some expired articles may still rank, relying on them can be risky due to high plagiarism and outdated information. Create fresh, valuable content for better results.
